How to Enable WinterBoard Themes for Notification Center :

Step 1 : First Download if you Don’t Have Winterboard.

Step 2 : Now Go to iFile, SSH, etc, go to var/mobile/Library/Caches

Step 3 : Now backup of ‘com.apple.SpringBoard.notifica­tionCenterLinen’ (if anything Goes Wrong you will get your Orignal From Backup).

Step 4 : Now Delete Orginal File of Above.

Step 5 : Now you Need to Respring, you can Do this using SBSettings or other respring tool, you can Also respring via WinterBoard.

Step 6 : Now Open notification Center and you can See new theme Now.
